Horrorwood steez
Here are my two paintings for the upcoming Horrorwood show at the WWA Gallery in Culver City, opening Oct. 15th. Based on The Descent and Halloween, my idea was to highlight how far the female character has come in horror movies, from really the first woman survivor (yet she’s still very helpless most of the time) to the most complex and self-sufficient female survivor yet.
(forgive the crappy quality of the picture, will get a better one on opening night)
